Evolve Wellbeing is a sole-trader holistic therapy practice operated by Yvonne, based in Turloughmore, Co. Galway, Ireland. For the purposes of data protection law, Yvonne is the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.

What Data We Collect and How
This website is a simple static site and does not operate any sign-up forms, membership areas or e-commerce. The personal data we may receive is limited to:
- Contact via email: If you email us at info@evolvewellbeing.ie, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
- Contact via WhatsApp: If you contact us through WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages through WhatsApp's platform.
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymised information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, general location (country/region level), and device type. GA4 does not collect your name, email address or any directly identifying information.
Why We Use Your Data (Legal Basis)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interests – responding to your enquiries and booking requests.
- Consent – analytics tracking via Google Analytics 4, which you can opt out of (see Cookies section below).
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Email / WhatsApp correspondence: We retain messages for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage our client relationship. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so promptly.
- Google Analytics data: Retained for 14 months by default within Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted.
Cookies
This website uses cookies placed by Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage statistics. These are analytics cookies and do not identify you personally.
Google Analytics sets the following cookies:
- _ga – Distinguishes users. Expires after 2 years.
- _ga_MV88QTNP3V – Maintains session state. Expires after 2 years.

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

We do not use any advertising networks, social media pixels or retargeting tools on this website.
